ANNUAL VISITS |
One annual visit for customers with Audible only (Grade 2x) alarm systems or remote signalling systems where Police response is not required.
Two visits annually for customers with remote signalling systems (Grade 2 or higher) where Police response is required. |

Additional call out visits above routine visits will be charged at our normal rates once our guarantee has expired. Any system equipment items found to be faulty during a maintenance or breakdown call, where our guarantee has expired, will be charged at our standard rates.

Premier |
Our premier alarm maintenance package includes: |
As standard plus replacement, free of charge for any items of system equipment found to be faulty during any service or breakdown call (except where the fault is due to physical damage or user error).
Please note. Premier maintenance package is only available for new systems or new system upgrades. |

Compliance with your insurance policy |
If you have stated within your insurance policy that you have an intruder alarm protecting your home or business premises, you will need to have planned routine maintenance by qualified engineers or else your insurance policy may be void.
In the event of a claim the insurance company will check the alarm maintenance records to ensure that it was properly maintained by an approved company. |
